28 Days Of Free Workouts
Hello!
I wanted to share some of my favourite “movement snacks” or workouts. There are so many workouts to choose from, apps, memberships, etc. and so many of them cost money and sometimes its hard to justify the price or sometimes it doesn’t feel worth it in certain months SO I put together a month full of workouts for you to do this February to see what you like and to get an idea what different ones are like. These are all free! Each day has a link (and a photo) so all you have to do is come to this blog post, click the link and follow the video. Some days are easier than others but I tried to keep the workouts to things that I’ve done, enjoy and that work for me.
To get started you will need:
(You do not need any special memberships for any of these things, just the basic hence: FREE)
-YouTube app or a computer that can access the site & play videos
-Instagram or a computer that can access the site & play videos
-C25K app (this is completely free you do NOT need to sign up for their premium just the FREE basic)
-weights (you can use soup cans or anything else really), resistance bands (if you have- if you don’t- you can still do these workouts without), sliders(you can use paper plates, socks, etc)
For a complete workout routine, it needs to incorporate cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. You will find all of these in the workouts below!
I have included indoor and outdoor activities (so dress appropriately), dance, yoga, stretching, strength, ballet/barre (for beginners), vintage workouts, Kira Stokes and Candace Cameron Bure live workouts, Jillian Michaels and more!
I hope you learn something new from these workouts and that you maybe find something you like that you didn’t think you would! Also, that you become more aware of free resources!
