28 Days Of Free Workouts
Hello! I wanted to share some of my favourite “movement snacks” or workouts. There are so many workouts to choose from, apps, memberships, etc. and so many of them cost money and sometimes its hard to justify the price or sometimes it doesn’t feel worth it in certain months SO I put together a month full of workouts for you to do this February to see what you like and to get an idea what different ones are like. These are all free! Each day has a link (and a photo) so all you have to do is come to this blog post, click the link and follow the video. Some days are easier than others but I tried to keep the workouts to things that I’ve done, enjoy and that work for me.
