10 Things you should know about SPF

1. SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor 2. There are two ways SPF works: A) Block B) Absorb **For best results, get a sun screen that does both** 3.You should be using a shot glass full of sun screen for your body at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. (Cream base) 4. You should re-apply your sunscreen every 2-3 hours as directed on the bottle. (You can use spray to re-apply) 5. Using just a spray of sunscreen (and no cream sunscreen), will not give you enough protection. (We've all been here...Jergens "natural glow"..) First off all, self tanner is HARD to apply by yourself. A lot of the time, the product isn't even coloured so you have no idea where you put the self tanner until after your shower the next morning when you come out looking blotchy. Self-tanners are a great way to get a tan without harming your skin but finding the right one can take a lot of blotchy days... No one wants to get a spray tan because...
