Free Mental Health Resources

Hello! For todays blog, I’ve decided to combine a bunch of free mental health resources. Mental health is so important and vital to your overall well-being. I have used all of the following things and decided to stick with things I’ve done myself however, if you notice I’m missing something or think I should include something please let me know and I will try it out and update this blog post as I can. Fit On  is a fitness app that has so many workouts, lives, etc-kind of like beach body (from what I know of beach body) but FREE. There is also meditations. There is search filters you can use like how much time you have, what type of workout you want to do, how intense and even what kind of equipment you want to use/have on hand. There’s cardio, HIIT, tabata, kick boxing, self defence, Pilates, barre, strength, stretching, yoga and MORE. There is a “pro” option if you want access to meal plans and some other additional benefits. I have found that they share recipes a lot on Instagram...
