Beauty Services To Increase Confidence & Cut Down Getting Ready Time

Can you believe its almost Easter?! I usually decorate for Easter, do an Easter egg hunt with Rex (stay tuned on my YouTube channel to see that!) and become OBSESSED with Gabi Demartino this time of year LOL!



In this months blog I wanted to write about some of my favourite beauty services. These services can sometimes be pricey (depending on the spa) but are usually affordable and give you a burst of confidence and also make your daily getting ready tasks a little bit easier without being permanent. Let me know if you try them or have tried them in the past!


Lash Lift & Tint

This service curls your lashes for up to 6 weeks while emphasizing your natural lash length. With the added on tint, you don't even need mascara to look bright eyed and bushy tailed!


Brow Lamination & Tint

This service is basically microblading without the blade! It's non-invasive and you don't have to fill your eyebrows in when doing your make-up. It can also fill in sparse areas which can be super helpful! Again, the tint can color your brows to look closer to the colour of your hair or just sharpen them to your desired look.


Waxing & Sugaring Hair Removal

To cut down annoying shaving time and elongate your hair free time, waxing & sugaring hair removal services are KEY! These services can be uncomfortable the first time you get them. I suggest to go through 3 times of this service before you decide if you like it or not. The results speak for themselves. Over time your hair grows thinner and finer when/if it does grow back. 


Gel Polish

Also known as shellac (which is just a brand of gel polish by CND) can last 2+ weeks. Enjoy the natural look of nail polish with the lasting effects of gel nails. This service can be added-on to manicures and pedicures or it can just be on its own (if prepped properly).


Facials

Taking care of your skin helps with confidence and health. When you take care of your skin by following an Estheticians recommendations and use SPF, you WILL see results. The key is to stay consistent and go to a skincare specialist or Esthetician. This is different from someone who just sells products. Believe me. You want results? Go to people that have experience achieving the results you are looking for and the education to back it up. 

If you do these services, you will wake up feeling and looking fresh and confident. The key to looking and feeling confident in your own skin is about how you treat it. Treat yourself and your skin, lashes, brows, hands and feet with these services and you are bound to GLOW!

How To Beat The Winter Blues With Hygge

Now that the holidays are over, the winter blues can start to set in. Personally, I love the holidays for family time together, the cozy warmth and Christmas spirit. Who says Christmas spirit has to end come the New Year?  I have always been someone who loves Christmas and have even been known to listen to Christmas music in the sweltering hot days of July.
