You probably know by now I love free resources and sharing them! As well as moving my body, meditating and diving deeper into my faith. So, join me this March to reset body, mind and soul with these three, free 31-day guided plans: workouts, meditations and a devotional. Make time for 15-20 minutes per day and change your life in just one month for FREE!
Each day you’ll click the playlist and do the corresponding day per playlist/ plan. Feel free to save the playlists and go right to them on your own or you can visit the blog daily.
For example:
Day 1
- Body- Day 1 Barre Workout Challenge// Basics Arms Workout
- Mind- Calm Challenge | Day 1
- Soul- Reflections on Life Day 1
And repeat on the next day but for day 2 & so on…
Body 🩰
This plan is free and consists of 31 days of YouTube barre workout videos ending with a 50 minute full barre workout on the last day. These workouts are around 10 minutes each making it easy to find time to workout with no excuses and minimal equipment is needed.
Mind 🧘♀️
Also on YouTube- Calm (a meditation app) has a free 31 day playlist. These meditations start around 1 minute and work their way up to just over 10 on the last day.
Soul ✝️
For this plan you need the YouVersion Bible App (which is free, of course). This free 31-Day devotional is called Reflections On Life. Embark on a transformative journey of self discovery and spiritual growth.

Join me in this FREE March Makeover transformation. I’ll be doing it along with you. So, commit to work on yourself with me everyday this month.
Before you begin on your March makeover- fill out the below questionnaire (at the bottom of the page- you can copy & paste it or print it out-whatever works for you!) and put it away and then after the last days tasks fill out a new one and compare the two. See how you transformed yourself in March, be proud of yourself and go into April feeling completely renewed! Then, continue to work towards your goals every day!
